Louis Kemp® Delightfuller Crab Cake Bites
Prep Time 15 minutes
Yield About 140 1-inch balls servings

Ingredients
- 2.5 lb Louis Kemp® Super Shreds Surimi Seafood 7929692400
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon Mustard seed, ground
- 3/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
Directions
Prep:
Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl or electric mixer. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Move to refrigeration and store until needed
Assembly:
Using a ½ oz scoop, portion and roll balls into 1” diameter pieces. Lay balls evenly on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake in a 425° oven on low fan for 8-10 minutes.
Service:
Serve balls with tartar and cocktail sauce.
