Potato Crusted Whitefish features tender, flaky Wild Alaska Pollock fillets wrapped in a crispy gluten free potato crust. Light, savory, and perfectly golden, each fillet delivers a satisfying crunch with mild, clean flavor. A simple, better for you choice that cooks beautifully in the oven or air fryer for an easy weeknight meal.

Set air fryer temperature to 400°F. Place frozen portions in a single layer, do not overcrowd. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes. Flip portions halfway through cook time.
Preheat to 475°F. Place frozen portions on a parchment lined or lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 16 to 18 minutes. Flip portions halfway through cook time.
Heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen portions for 5 ½ to 6 minutes until golden brown.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
