Pollock's mild flavor and tender white flesh make it popular for food service preparations, especially fish and chips and light, low-calorie menu specials.
Season Alaskan Pollock with salt, pepper and herbs or dip in seasoned bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish and bake at 400 degrees F.
Dip Alaskan Pollock in seasoned flour. Saute in oil, butter or margarine over medium heat, until lightly browned on both sides.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Thaw before cooking. Do not cook from frozen
To thaw, open package, refrigerate 8-10 hours
