Conventional oven
Bake at 425 °F. for 20 to 25 min.
Convection oven
Bake at 375 °F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
Deep Fry
Fry at 350 °F. for 4 ½ to 5 minutes or until the Internal Temperature reaches 155 °F or higher.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Keep frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use
