Trident’s wild Alaskan Salmon are ocean-caught in the pure, icy waters off Alaska’s rugged coastline. Alaskan Salmon feed on the abundant natural diet found in these pristine waters, which help produce their excellent natural flavor, firm texture and attractive color.

Serve with your favorite side dish. Makes an excellent ingredient in seafood salads, casseroles, chowders, tacos, or stuffed fillet entrée.

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

Allow 10 minutes of cooking time per inch of thickness at 350°F until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 20 minutes per inch on frozen product.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep Frozen at 0 °F or below

Remove the product from all packaging and place it on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days.
