KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Conventional oven - Thawed
Preheat oven to 350 °F. In an oven-safe baking dish, add salmon and enough liquid to cover the bottom of the dish. Cover with lid or foil and cook for approximately 10 minutes to reach 140 °F.
Microwave oven - Thawed
From Thawed: Using microwave-safe cookware, cover and microwave on 50% power for approximately 1.5 minutes to reach 140 °F.
Microwave oven - Frozen
Puncture vacuum package and microwave at 50% until 140 °F.
Boil - Frozen
Place one frozen, unopened vacuum packed salmon portion in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from package and serve.
Keep frozen at 0° F or below until ready to use
Remove the product from all packaging and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Keep thawed product refrigerated. For Best quality use within 3 to 5 days.
