Ingredients
24 PubHouse® Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets 2-3oz 491543
3 Cups Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoon Gochugaru
3 Tablespoon Gochujang
16 oz Kimchi
Fry Batter (for kimchi)
3 lb French Fries
Lemon Wedges
Sesame Seeds (Black)
Directions
Stir together the mayonnaise, gochugaru, and gochujang.
Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden.
Serve 2 pieces PubHouse® Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, fries, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and gochugaru.
