SEA LEGS® Surimi Sliders

SEA LEGS® Surimi Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb SEA LEGS® Supreme Salad Style Surimi Seafood 412027
  • 1 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 each Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Shitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, crushed
  • 1 each Garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 8 each Slider buns
  • Pan spray

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy, egg and sesame oil. Mix in the SEA LEGS® Surimi, mushrooms, ginger and garlic. Lastly, fold in the panko.

Form the mixture into small slider-style burgers, being firm so that they hold together. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with pan spray. Cook each patty for 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Serve the burgers on the slider buns with your condiment of choice.
