Big Island Fish n' Chips

Ingredients

  • 12 PubHouse® Golden Ale Beer Battered Haddock 4oz 418449
  • 6 Cups Pineapple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Red Onions (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Jalapeno Jam
  • 1 1/2 English Cucumber, diced
  • 3 Fresno or Jalapeno Peppers, minced
  • 6 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 lb French Fries
  • Micro Basil
  • Hawaiian Black Salt

Directions

1. Combine pineapple, onion, jam, cucumber, Fresno pepper, rice vinegar and season. Serve with cooked fries and haddock, sprinkled with black salt.
