Beer Battered Wild Alaska Pollock

Ingredients
- 12 pieces Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets, 4-6 oz, Skinless, Boneless, IQF 
- 3 Cups Flour 
- 3 Cups Cornstarch 
- 3 Eggs 
- 3 Cans Beer 
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt 
Directions
- Add flour, cornstarch, beer, eggs, and salt to a bowl. Mix well. 
- Dip thawed individual Alaska Pollock pieces into the batter. Deep fry at 375°F. 
- Serve with French fries and dipping sauce.
