Preparation and Cooking

Convection Oven*: Preheat to 400 °F. Place frozen product on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 9 to 11 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
Microwave Oven*: Cook 4 fish sticks on high power for 1 ½ to 3 minutes.
Deep Fry*: Heat oil to 350 °F. Fry frozen product for 2 ½ to 3 minutes until product is golden brown.
*Oven temperatures and cooking times may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 160 °F.) We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Food Safety
