KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

Conventional oven

Season Alaska Cod with salt, pepper and herbs or dip in seasoned bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish and bake at 400 °F.

Pan-Fry

Dip Alaska Cod in seasoned flour. Saute in oil, butter or margarine over medium heat, until lightly browned on both sides.

Deep Fry

Dip serving-size Cod pieces into batter and/or seasoned crumbs. Deep fry at 350 °F until outside is golden brown and Cod flakes easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Keep frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use

Thaw before cooking. Do not cook from frozen. Too thaw, open the package and refrigerate for 8-10 hours
