Preparation and Cooking
Keep Frozen at 0 °F or Below. Designed to cook from frozen.
Cooking times and temperature may vary with equipment and/or bake load. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 °F.
Convection Oven: Place frozen fillets on baking sheet, Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated oven (375°-400° F) for 27-29 minutes. Remove foil during last 13-15 minutes to brown surface of product.
Conventional Oven: Place fillets on baking sheet, bake uncovered in pre-heated oven (425°-450°F) for 29–31 minutes
STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing of the product is not recommended – cook from frozen.
