Preparation and Cooking
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.; Grill or barbeque: preheat to medium heat (350° F). Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.; Conventional Oven: preheat to 400°F. Cook 9 to 10 minutes minutes on each side. ; Pan fry: in lightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes each side.; Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
