Preparation and Cooking
Cook from frozen (preferred).
Flat Grill, Pan Fry, or Charcoal Grill to medium heat (350°F), cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Pan Fry: In greased pan, cook over medium heat for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Conventional Oven: Preheat to 400° F, cook for 8 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Convection Oven: Preheat to 350° F, cook for 7-1/2 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary with equipment and load.
Keep Frozen at 0°F until ready to use.
Thawing of the product is not recommended – cook from frozen.
Cook product to an internal temperature of 160°F.
