Protein Noodles are powered by 8 all-natural ingredients: Wild Alaska Pollock, water, egg whites, tapioca starch, cane sugar, sea salt, potato starch, and citric acid. Part of what makes our Protein Noodles healthy is our commitment to using high-quality, all-natural ingredients (that you can pronounce). It’s also because one of the main ingredients is Wild Alaska Pollock—a low-calorie and low-fat source of protein that’s packed with vitamins and nutrients. Did we mention that it’s the most sustainable species on the planet?
There’s absolutely nothing fishy about the taste or smell of Protein Noodles. Even though they’re made with Wild Alaska Pollock, Protein Noodles are completely flavor-neutral. Swap them into any of your favorite pasta or noodle dishes or try one of our recipes inspired by the flavors of the world.
Protein Noodles come fully-cooked. If you’re adding them to a cold dish, there’s no need to rinse them before serving—you can add them to directly to your bowl or mix them with your favorite sauces and spices. If you’re adding Protein Noodles to a hot dish, we recommend the following methods:
SKILLET: Add 1 tsp. water and Protein Noodles to a skillet over medium-medium high heat. Heat for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE: Place Protein Noodles in a microwave safe bowl. Cover. Heat on high for 1 minute. Allow to sit for 1 minute covered.
Protein Noodles are currently available in a growing number of Costco Wholesale locations in the U.S. and will be expanding to additional retail locations in September.
