There’s absolutely nothing fishy about the taste or smell of Protein Noodles. Even though they’re made with Wild Alaska Pollock, Protein Noodles are completely flavor-neutral. Swap them into any of your favorite pasta or noodle dishes or try one of our recipes inspired by the flavors of the world.

Quick & Easy Preparation

Protein Noodles come fully-cooked. If you’re adding them to a cold dish, there’s no need to rinse them before serving—you can add them to directly to your bowl or mix them with your favorite sauces and spices. If you’re adding Protein Noodles to a hot dish, we recommend the following methods:

SKILLET: Add 1 tsp. water and Protein Noodles to a skillet over medium-medium high heat. Heat for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE: Place Protein Noodles in a microwave safe bowl. Cover. Heat on high for 1 minute. Allow to sit for 1 minute covered.
