Salmon Banh Mi

Vietnamese-style sandwiches get the salmon treatment in this quick lunch or dinner entrée. Pickled carrots and radishes top Trident Seafoods Salmon Burgers along with sliced cucumbers, green onion, jalapeno, and cilantro—simple prep, authentic flavor.



1/2 Cup Carrot, shredded
1/2 Cup Radish, shredded
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1  Trident Seafoods® Alaskan Salmon Burgers 3 lb
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 Each Small Baguettes (10" long)
1 Each Cucumber, finely chopped
1 Each Fresh Jalapeno Pepper (Seeded & Thinly Sliced)


Combine carrot, radish, vinegar and sugar in small bowl, mix well and set aside. Break 2 Trident Seafoods Alaskan Salmon Burgers (cooked according to package directions) into small pieces, set aside.

Cut each baguette horizontally along one side, using a serrated knife. Spread cut sides with butter.

Divide and arrange salmon on bottom half of baguette.

Drain carrot mixture; divide and arrange mixture over salmon. Divide and arrange cucumber slices over top of sandwich filling. Sprinkle with green onions, jalapeno pepper slices and cilantro. Top with remaining half of baguette; cut each baguette into 4 equal servings.
