Spicy Peanut 10g Protein Noodles™ with Cabbage and Cucumbers

Toss Trident Seafoods 10g Protein Noodles™ with a delicious and easy-to-prepare peanut sauce, then top with crunchy fresh vegetables including red cabbage, cucumbers and carrots. This one is sure to become a menu favorite.


6 oz Peanut Butter (chunky style)
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Garlic Chili Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Warm Water
2.5 lb Package 10g™ Protein Noodles (4/2.5 LB case) 7929692800
10 oz Purple Cabbage, shredded
10 oz Carrot, finely julienned
10 oz Red Pepper, thinly julienned
10 oz Persian Cucumber, thinly sliced
 Garnish Radish Sprouts
 Garnish Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
 Garnish Roasted Peanuts, chopped


1. Combine peanut butter, soy, chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, honey and water.

2. Toss with 10g Protein Noodles™.

To serve: divide 10g Protein Noodles™ between serving bowls. Top with cabbage, carrots, red peppers, cucumbers. Garnish with sprouts, basil and peanuts.
