Wild Alaska Pollock Mango Madness Poke Bowl

12  Redi Grilledâ„¢ Wild Alaska Pollock Portions 4 oz Oven Ready, Fully Cooked 420209
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
6 Cups Sushi Rice
3  Mango (pitted, peeled & diced)
2-3  English Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Bunch Scallions, thinly sliced


1. Mix together the soy, vinegar, wasabi and sesame oil and pour over the Pollock. To serve, fill bowls with 6 oz (1 cup) rice, 4 oz. Pollock, 2 oz. mangoes, 1 oz. cucumber and top with scallions and ikura. Serve with sriracha mayo.
