Trident Seafoods 10g Protein Noodles™ are topped with a flavorful combination of tahini, rice vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, feta, cucumbers and peas for a tasty protein-packed meal.


4 oz Scallions, finely shredded
3/4 Cup Tahini
4 1/2 Tablespoons Mirin Wine
1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
  Coarse Salt
2.5 lb Package 10g™ Protein Noodles (4/2.5 LB case) 7929692800
3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
3 Each English Cucumber, cut into batons
3/4 Cup Frozen Peas, thawed
  Urfa Biber Pepper
  Toasted Sesame Seeds


1. Put scallions in ice water to curl.

2. Combine tahini, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey. Season with salt, to taste.

To serve: divide 10g Protein Noodles™ between serving dishes and top with 2 tablespoons sauce. Sprinkle with feta, cucumbers, peas, Urfa pepper, scallions and sesame seeds.
