Smoked Salmon with Avocado and Goat Cheese Tartines


1.5 lb Portlock® Nova Style Smoked Sockeye Salmon - Sliced 1.5 lb Fillet (2/1.5 lb) 410083
2  Red Onions (Thinly Sliced)
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
 To taste Salt
12 Slices Artisan Bread
  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Medium Avocado, peeled & pitted
  Korean Pepper
12 Ounces Goat Cheese (Crumbled)
  Fresh Thyme (Chopped)


Combine onions, lime and salt and let stand until wilted.

Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast.

Spread slices with avocado and season with salt and Korean pepper. Top with goat cheese, pickled onions and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with thyme and olive oil
