Wild Alaska Pollock Kimchi Fish n' Chips

24  PubHouse® Battered Wild Alaska Pollock Fillets 2-3 oz Oven Ready 491543
3 Cups Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoon Gochugaru
3 Tablespoon Gochujang
  Fry Batter
3 lb French Fries
  Lemon Wedges
  Sesame Seeds (Black)


1. Stir together the mayonnaise, gochugaru and gochujang.
2. Coat kimchi pieces in batter and fry until golden. Serve 1.5 oz. each with fries and Pollock, lemon wedges, 1/4 cup sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and gochugaru.
