Jam n' Salmon Burger

12  Alaskan Salmon Burger 4oz (1/10 lb) 432207
12 oz Crumbled Blue Cheese
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
12  Burger Buns
3/4 Cup Fig Jam


1. Cook burgers according to package directions. For last minute of cooking, melt cheese over burger.
2. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns and pile bottom bun with arugula and the burger. Spread 1 oz. fig jam on cut side of top bun and cover with top bun. Serve with lemon wedges.
