12  PubHouse® Golden Ale Beer Battered Haddock 4oz (1-10 lb) 418449
6 Cups Pineapple (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 Cups Red Onions (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Jalapeno Jam
1 1/2  English Cucumber, diced
3  Fresno or Jalapeno Peppers, minced
6 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  Salt & Pepper
3 lb French Fries
  Micro Basil
  Hawaiian Black Salt


1. Combine pineapple, onion, jam, cucumber, Fresno pepper, rice vinegar and season. Serve with cooked fries and haddock, sprinkled with black salt.
