12  Redi Grilledâ„¢ Alaskan Salmon 4oz Vac Pac 410337
1 Cup Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 Cup huacatay paste
2/3 Cup Mint Leaves
8  Garlic Clove
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  Salt & Pepper
  Cayenne Pepper
3 lb Sweet Potato Fries, cooked
  Mint for Garnish
  Feta Cheese, crumbled


1. Blend sauce ingredients until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.
2. Serve salmon with fries, sauce, sprinkled with mint leaves and feta.
