Louis Kemp® Quesadilla Carne de Cangrejo

8 oz Low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Low-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Creamy horseradish
1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
14.75 oz Artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
for dipping Assorted crackers or fresh vegetables
Blend Cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon pepper and Parmesan cheese. Stir in artichokes and SEA LEGS® Surimi; place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 450F about 10 minutes or until hot, and top is browned. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
