Cheesy Protein Noodles

Prep Time 10 minutes
Yield 4 servings

This is absolutely the easiest way to make homemade mac and cheese. And since it’s made with 10g Protein Noodles instead of traditional macaroni, it comes with fewer carbs. To add healthy greens into the mix, add a few handfuls of baby spinach, chopped chard, kale or broccoli florets into the skillet.
