Alfredo Protein Noodles with Artichokes


  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (jarred)
  • 1/2 cup Drained marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1
  • 1 each small Tomato, seeded and chopped

1. Heat alfredo sauce in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach; stir until spinach has wilted.
2. Warm the noodles, top with sauce and sprinkle with the tomatoes.
