Serving Suggestion

• Sautéed in lemon butter sauce
• Grilled with garlic and herbs
• Topped with your favorite Cajun seasoning
• Breaded and deep fried for delicious fish & chips
• Stir fried with vegetables and your favorite seasonings


 

Preparation and Cooking

*COOK FROM FROZEN- Thawing is not recommended*

FOR BEST RESULTS, add your favorite seasoning or sauce prior to baking in oven or after flipping when pan-frying or grilling.

PAN-FRY: Preheat a non-stick pan to medium-high and add oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.

GRILL OR BARBECUE: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F). Spray fillets with oil for the best results. Place the frozen fillets on grill, cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place portions on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread your favorite sauce/ and or seasoning/and or cheese/and or crumb over each fillet. Bake portions for 13 to 16 minutes or until cooked.

INDOOR GRILL: Preheat grill to high temperature (400 °F) and spray with oil. Place fillets on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F.
