Preparation and Cooking
* KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing of the product is not recommended – cook from frozen.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 400°F. Apply a light oil spray to an aluminum foil lined baking sheet; Add frozen product and cook for 15 minutes. No turning of the product is required.
PAN-FRY: In pan lightly sprayed with non-stick spray, cook 1-2 servings of frozen product over low to medium heat for approximately 10 ½ minutes, turning the product over frequently.
MICROWAVE OVEN: Cook 1 serving (7 bites) on high power for 1 ½ minutes. Cook 2 servings (14 bites) on high power for 2 ½ minutes.
*Cooking times and temperatures and microwave power and efficiency may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
Keep Frozen at 0 °F until ready to use.
