Spicy Peanut 10g Protein Noodles™ with Cabbage and Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Peanut Butter (chunky style)
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Warm Water
  • 2.5 lb Package 10g™ Protein Noodles (4/2.5 LB case) 7929692800
  • 10 oz Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 10 oz Carrot, finely julienned
  • 10 oz Red Pepper, thinly julienned
  • 10 oz Persian Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Garnish Radish Sprouts
  • Garnish Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • Garnish Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Directions

1. Combine peanut butter, soy, chili sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, honey and water.

2. Toss with 10g Protein Noodles™.

To serve: divide 10g Protein Noodles™ between serving bowls. Top with cabbage, carrots, red peppers, cucumbers. Garnish with sprouts, basil and peanuts.
