SEA LEGS® Surimi Chips

SEA LEGS® Surimi Chips

Ingredients

  • 8 each
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 Tbsp Black sesame seeds
  • for frying Oil

Directions

Carefully unroll the SEA LEGS® Surimi Legs by finding the seam of the surimi and peeling it back to create sheets.

Place the surimi sheets in a food dehydrator overnight or on a cooling rack in a warm dry place for three days.

Meanwhile, combine soy sauce and tamarind paste. Set aside.
Preheat oil to 350° Fahrenheit.

Fry the dehydrated surimi sheets in oil for 2 minutes, or until slightly brown and crisp.

Brush the chips with the soy mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
