SEA LEGS® Buttermilk Popcorn Surimi

SEA LEGS® Buttermilk Popcorn Surimi


  • 2 lbs
  • 2 each Eggs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 2 cups Cornmeal
  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
  • for frying Oil


Blend eggs, pepper, and buttermilk until fully incorporated.

Blend the dill, cornmeal and panko together in a food processor until fine and the panko is the same texture as the corn meal.

Cut SEA LEGS® Surimi Legs pieces into 4 pieces each then dip in the egg mixture, coat with cornmeal and panko mixture, and fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Let surimi drain for 2 minutes on paper towels then serve with choice of sauce for dipping.
