10g Protein Noodles™ with Cucumber, Feta and Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Scallions, finely shredded
  • 3/4 Cup Tahini
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoons Mirin Wine
  • 1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
  • Coarse Salt
  • 2.5 lb Package 10g™ Protein Noodles (10lb case) 7929692800
  • 3/4 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 3 Each English Cucumber, cut into batons
  • 3/4 Cup Frozen Peas, thawed
  • Urfa Biber Pepper
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions

1. Put scallions in ice water to curl.

2. Combine tahini, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, mustard and honey. Season with salt, to taste.

To serve: divide 10g Protein Noodles™ between serving dishes and top with 2 tablespoons sauce. Sprinkle with feta, cucumbers, peas, Urfa pepper, scallions and sesame seeds.
