Preparation and Cooking
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE.
To Thaw: Place frozen portions into quarter pan and cover. Thaw under refrigeration for 8-12 hours.
Cooking From Thawed: Heat skillet to medium-high (400°F) and add oil to cover bottom of pan. Add thawed portions to skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
Cooking From Frozen: Preheat convection oven to 400°F. Place frozen portions into a quarter pan and cover with foil. Place covered pan into oven and cook for about 35 minutes.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
