An easy way to serve fish tacos and other seafood dishes to banquet-sized groups. Perfect for buffets, cafeterias, hotels, and casinos. Cooks from frozen in a hotel pan.
Preparation and Cooking
Cook From Frozen: Preheat convection oven to 425°F. Place portion into a hotel pan and cover with foil. Place covered pan into oven and cook for about 2 hours.
*Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
