Preparation and Cooking
Cooking times and temperature may vary with equipment and/or bake load. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 °F.
Convection Oven: Place frozen fillets on baking sheet, Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated oven (375°-400° F) for 30-34 minutes. Remove foil during last 14-16 minutes to brown surface of product.
Conventional Oven: Place fillets on baking sheet, bake uncovered in pre-heated oven (425°-450°F) for 30–34 minutes.
Keep Frozen at 0°F until ready to use.
