Serving Suggestion

Snow crab is sensational served chilled as a cocktail. Steaming, sautéing or broiling will also bring out its delicate flavor. Serve snow crab with butter sauces, sweet & sour, oriental dips, or herbed vinegars. Also makes great salads.


 

Preparation and Cooking

Heat before serving: boil, steam or broil for 4 minutes or bake in 400° f oven for 4 minutes
Steam: bring water to boil in steam pot, place steam basket of crab in pot and cover. Reduce heat and steam frozen crab 5-8 minutes, thawed crab for 4 minutes. Serve hot with drawn butter or your favorite dipping sauce.


 

Food Safety

Keep frozen at 0 F or below until ready for use. To thaw, cover and refrigerate 8-10 hours.
