Food Safety

Keep frozen at 0 °F or below until ready to use.

Thaw product overnight in refrigerator 8-10 hrs. Once package is thawed, shelf life of unopened vacuum package with intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days when held at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38 °F).

When package is opened or if bag is loose, product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3 – 5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
