Preparation and Cooking
Microwave: based on 1100-watt unit. Place pieces on a microwave safe plate, cover and microwave at 50% power. Let rest for about a minute before removing cover.
From thawed: microwave for approximately 1 ½ - 2 minutes.
From frozen: microwave for approximately 3 ½ - 4 minutes.
Convection oven: preheat oven to 400°f. Place pieces in an oven-safe baking dish and tightly cover.
From thawed: bake pieces for approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
From frozen: bake pieces for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
Stove top: preheat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. With a small amount of oil, place pieces on preheated skillet, stirring occasionally until heated through.
From thawed: heat for approximately 4 – 6 minutes.
From frozen: heat for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.
We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
This product is fully cooked and ready to eat. For best results, thaw before using.
Remove pieces from all packaging and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. After thawing, the fully cooked pieces are ready to serve. Keep thawed pieces refrigerated and use within 3 to 5 days.
