Preparation and Cooking

STORE FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Thawing of the product is not recommended – cook from frozen. Cook product to an internal temperature of 145 °F.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350 °F. Fry frozen fillets for 6-8 minutes until product is golden brown.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 °F. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet for approximately 16 - 18 minutes, turn halfway for best results.
Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F.
