Preparation and Cooking
Heating Instructions:* Heat to an internal temperature of 140°F
Microwave: Based on 1100-watt unit. Place portions on a microwave safe plate, cover and microwave at 50% power. Let rest for about a minute before removing cover.
From Thawed: Microwave for approximately 1 ½ - 2 minutes.
From Frozen: Microwave for approximately 3 ½ - 4 minutes.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place portions (single layer) in an oven-safe baking dish and tightly cover.
From Thawed: Bake portions for approximately 8 – 12 minutes.
From Frozen: Bake portions for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
Stove Top: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium heat. With a small amount of oil, place portions on preheated skillet, turning portions over halfway through.
From Thawed: Heat for approximately 4 – 6 minutes.
From Frozen: Heat for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.

Food Safety
Remove portions from all packaging and place on tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. After thawing, the fully cooked portions are ready to serve. Keep thawed portions refrigerated and use within 3 to 5 days.
