Serving Suggestion
Delicious in soups, sauces, appetizers and main dishes. Serve with melted butter for an elegant first course or pair with your favorite pasta and cream sauce as a delightful meal.
Preparation and Cooking
BROIL: Place thawed Dungeness Crab in broiler pan; brush with butter. Place pan about 4 inches from heat; broil 3 to 4 minutes. Brush with butter occasionally while broiling.
STEAM: Place steam basket in large pot; fill with boiling water to depth of 3/4 inch. Place thawed Dungeness Crab in basket; reduce heat & steam, covered, about 5 minutes or until crab is heated through.
GRILL: Place Dungeness Crab on well-oiled grill a few inches above hot coals for 5 minutes or until crab is heated through.
Food Safety
Keep Frozen at 0 °F until ready to use.
Place Crab on a shallow pan or tray that drains easily and place this pan into a larger one to contain the drippings cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8-10 hours, or overnight.
