Preparation and Cooking
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.
Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350ºF. Fry frozen product submerged for 90 seconds.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 400ºF. Place frozen product on prepared baking sheet, cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat to 375ºF. Place frozen product on prepared baking sheet, cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results.
MICROWAVE: Cook 3 French toast sticks on high power for 1 minute to 1 minute, 15 seconds.
TURBOCHEF: Place sticks at front of TurboChef tray. Set IR set point to 1150°F and cook time to 1:30. To cook 4 sticks set two stages – Stage 1: 70% TIME, 10% AIR, 60% WAV; Stage 2: 30% TIME, 100% AIR, 30% WAV. To cook 6 sticks set two stages – Stage 1: 70% TIME, 20% AIR, 60% WAV; Stage 2: 30% TIME, 100% AIR, 30% WAV.
* Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165ºF.
Keep Frozen at 0 °F until ready to use.
Cook from frozen.
