Preparation and Cooking

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE

FROZEN INSTRUCTIONS *RECOMMENDED*
1. Remove sandwich from wrapper. Set bun and cheese aside.
2. Heat fish portion on HIGH for 70 seconds.
3. Place fish portion & cheese inside bun. Heat on HIGH for an additional 40 seconds.
4. Allow sandwich to cool for 1-2 minutes.

REFRIGERATED INSTRUCTIONS
(THAW OVERNIGHT IN REFRIGERATOR. Use within 7 days of thawing.)

1. Open one side of wrapper.
2. Place sandwich in open wrapper in microwave.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 65-70 seconds.
4. Allow sandwich to cool for 1-2 minutes.

Instructions are based on 1100-Watt Microwave. Microwave power / efficiency and heating times may vary substantially.
