Thawing Instructions


Keep frozen until ready to cook. Designed to cook from frozen.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions


Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 475 degrees F. Place on a baking sheet, cook approximately 11 to 13 minutes until crisp. Turn oven halfway through cooking.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat to 400 degrees F. Place frozen product on a baking sheet, cook for 9 to 11 minutes until crisp. Turn oven halfway through cooking.
MICROWAVE OVEN: Cook 4 fish sticks on high power for 1.5 to 3 minutes.
DEEP FRYER: Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen product for 2.5 to 3 minutes until crisp.
Oven temperature may vary. Adjust cookin times accordingly.
