Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
FLAT GRILL: Preheat grill to medium heat(350 degrees F), cook for 3 to 4 minutes on Each Side.
PAN FRY: In greased pan, cook for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes on Each Side.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake in a preheated oven for 8 to 9 minutes at 400 degrees F on each side.
