Thawing Instructions


Designed to cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions


Grill Or Barbecue: Preheat to medium heat (350°F). Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Conventional Oven: Preheat to 400°F. Cook 9 to 10 minutes on each side.

Convection Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

Pan Fry: In lightly oiled pan, cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes each side.

Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
