Frozen products have 18 months shelf life at (0 degrees F), use within 3-5 days after thawing (35 degrees F). Refrigerated products have 75-80 days shelf life if unopened and refrigerated (35 degrees F), and 3-5 days once opened. Preparation and Cooking InstructionsSEAFOOD & MUSHROOM FETTUCCINE 1. Melt 2 Tbs. butter in large skillet; add 8 oz. of thinly sliced mushrooms, 1/3 cup Shitake mushrooms and saute until golden; transfer to a separate bowl. 2. Melt remaining 2 Tbls. butter in skillet. Add 2-1/2 Tbls. flour; cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in 1-1/4 cups milk. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened. Stir in 2/3 cup peas, 1/2 cup Parmesan, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and 8 oz. Leg A Sea. Cook until heated through. 3. Cook 1 lb. fettuccine until al dente. Drain. For service arrange 4 oz. of fettuccine on a plate, and top with 4 oz. of the Leg A Sea and mushroom sauce. HOLDING TIP: Fettuccine can be mixed with the Leg A Sea & mushroom sauce and held one hour in a steamtable (#5 setting).
