Contains: Fish (Alaska Cod), Wheat, Milk. Thawing InstructionsDo not Thaw. Keep Frozen until ready to cook. Preparation and Cooking InstructionsCOOK FROM FROZEN: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat to 450°F. Place frozen product in a single layer on a lightly greased baking pan, cook for 17 to 20 minutes until crisp. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat to 400°F. Place frozen product single layer on a lightly greased baking pan, cook for 10 to12 minutes. Turn product halfway through bake time for best results. DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen product for 4 to 4½ minutes until product is golden brown. * Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Test cooked fish by inserting fork at thickest part of the fillet. Fish should flake with gentle pressure, and flesh should be opaque. (Internal temperature should be at least 145°F). We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
